A simple, early 21 st century hospital

was engulfed in a singularity and somehow
ended up becoming an entire dimension,
which was all well and fine until life
developed out of the electronic and
biological waste.

These hostile lifeforms are wreaking
havoc across the universe, and it's up to
you – the sole survivor of the hospital
dimension, armed with nothing but a
sterilization cannon and a deceased
colleague's vague notes – to wipe out the
threat at their source.
